Celius Bent Dublin, Queen Grade
Celius was a talented student of Poul Rasmussen while Sven Knudsen was head carver there. He soon left and started his own workshop, producing an array of unusually graceful "freehands" that paid homage to classical British shapes. This is a very fine "Queen" grade, next to the highest, of first rate Corsican briar with a natural or "plateaux" top, a Celius hallmark.
