Domestic Shipping:
Our normal shipping method is Priority Mail Insured, the cost for which is $13, plus $5 for each additional pipe. Heavier items like humidors will be proportionately more expensive, and we will bill you accordingly.

Expedited shipping (Express Mail, FedEx, UPS) is available at additional cost.

International Shipping:
Our normal international shipping method is Global Priority Mail, which is available to most countries. The cost is the same as domestic shipping: $13 plus $5 for each additional pipe, and more for heavier items. While this method has proven very reliable, it does not have tracking or insurance available, and we cannot guarantee delivery. However, because no declared value is required, you are unlikely to be charged duties or taxes.

We can also use Global Express Mail, the cost for which is $23 plus $5 for each additional pipe. This is faster, has tracking and insurance, but may require payment of duties and taxes.

To those countries which do not have Priority Mail available, including Italy, we use International Airmail, which as the same price as Global Priority Mail. Normally, we do not offer tracking or insurance, and there may be duties or taxes to pay. If you require tracking or insurance, we recommend Express Mail as above, which is available to all countries.
